About the 📝 What's New category
We noticed today that there has been a slight change to the look & feel of the Services page – e.g. when clicking into a Service you are now presented with all Incidents, segregated between “Open” and “Resolved” ones. Also with the ability to create a new Incident from inside the “Open Incidents” pane.
We feel this is a good enhancement, which will improve the user experience.
Is there somewhere we can go to view all of the latest updates to the platform? This way we can try to be ahead of the curve and be aware of any subtle changes before our customers alert us to them.
